Delta Airlines is offering select customers the chance to be transported from plane-to-plane in a Porsche 911 GT3 RS at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) for two weeks. The customers chosen are expected to be Delta’s high-status frequent flyers or members of Delta 360°. Delta and Porsche have been working together for 13 years and last year ran a similar initiative with a Porsche 918 Spyder at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). The 911 GT3 RS has a sticker price of $537,600 and is capable of reaching 0-100km/h in 3.2 seconds and has a maximum speed of 296km/h.
