2025 Cupra Tavascan fast-tracked for Australia

The all-new 2025 Cupra Tavascan, a mid-size electric SUV, is set to arrive in Australia in December, sourced from China instead of Europe. It will be available in two grades, with the entry-level model starting at around $69,000 and offering a 534km range. A sportier VZ dual-motor all-wheel drive version will also be offered at a higher price point. The Tavascan will feature a maximum DC fast-charging rate of 135kW and 11kW AC charging capability. Cupra Australia plans to expand its servicing and franchise network in the country by the end of 2025 and will introduce several new models following the Tavascan next year.
