Volkswagen will release the hotter 2025 ID7 GTX sedan and wagon with more power and longer range due to a revamped powertrain. The dual-motor setup generates 250kW, an increase of 40kW from the previous ID.7 Pro model. Charging is faster with an 86kWh battery that can be DC charged at up to 200kW, allowing for a quick 10-80% top-up in under 30 minutes.
