Summary: BMW has introduced the M2 with M xDrive, its first four-wheel-drive M2 option. The system uses an electronically controlled multi-plate clutch to direct power to the front wheels when needed, whilst retaining a 2WD mode for pure rear-wheel-drive dynamics. The 476-horsepower turbocharged six-cylinder delivers 0-62mph in 3.7 seconds.
