Frequently asked questions

Which automotive websites does The AutoExec monitor?

We monitor all the major automotive news and review websites, including CarExpert, CarSales, Drive, CarsGuide, GoAuto, WhichCar and EVCentral. Together, they’re producing anything from 60 to 100 articles a day.

What does the Newsletter contain and when does it arrive?

The AutoExec Daily newsletter lands first thing every weekday. It contains our expert selection of the Top Stories from the last 24 hours, linked to our executive summaries. The newsletter also links to an easy-scan list of all the previous day’s headlines.

What types of articles are in your archive?

We store all the news headlines with a short executive summary and a link to the original article. We do not republish the original articles, but we do provide a link that will take you directly to the source.

What level of access do I get during the free trial period?

The free trial period is available with Silver, Gold or Platinum personal accounts. During the free trial, you will have the same access as a fully-paid member.

Why do you require a credit card at the start of a trial period?

This helps us set up your account and streamline the transition from trial member to full member. Your credit card is only charged at the end of the trial period. If you change your mind and cancel during the trial period, you won’t pay a cent.

Can I change my membership level during the trial period?

Absolutely. Just go to the Account section and select your preferred membership level.

Can I cancel during the trial?

Absolutely. Just go to Account > Subscriptions and select cancel. You will still have access until the trial period expires, and we will not charge your credit card.
